FAQ

1.
Is the SageAnt program free?

Yes, the Open Beta version of SageAnt is provided with all features free of charge.

Even after the official release, basic features including strategy development, backtesting, and paper trading will remain free for one license per person.

Advanced features and API-connected live trading functionality that will be updated in the future will require the purchase of a paid license.

License pricing will be determined at a reasonable level based on domestic and international competitor service pricing.
2.
How does SageAnt handle security?

1. Web Member Information

  -  ID/PW and personal information are encrypted and stored in the web database, following standard security protocols.

  - In-house personnel with access to personal information have signed security agreements and complete regular mandatory legal training.

 -  We maintain mandatory personal information liability insurance in case of data breach incidents.

2. Exchange API Keys for Live Trading (Not required for backtesting or paper trading)

  -  For security during registration, OTP two-factor authentication is required before registration. After installing the Google Authenticator app, please enter the 6-digit OTP code requested by http://www.sageant.com.

  - Exchange API keys and Secret keys are encrypted and stored in the SageAnt program's local database.

 - [Important 1] When issuing exchange API keys, be sure to specify the IP address for trading access. Access from unspecified IP addresses should be blocked.

 - [Important 2] Restrict the API key permissions to trading only, and do not enable deposit or withdrawal functions.

3. Other Security Measures

 - Services are provided via HTTPS, the SSL web security standard.

 - Website security audits are conducted by professional security firms.

 - If needed in the future, two-factor password authentication will be added for paid license users.
